As summer heats up, so does the progress across multiple Tavacon LLC project sites. From brand-new builds to full remodels, our teams are working diligently to bring each car wash project to the finish line. Here’s a quick look at our current construction highlights across Texas:
Wrapping Up: Wash Masters Weatherford and Club Car Wash Sherman
We’re excited to announce that Wash Masters in Weatherford and Club Car Washin Sherman are both nearing completion. Final touches are being made, and we anticipate turning over these sites in the next week or two. Stay tuned for updated project photos—and a potential video shoot once everything is buttoned up!
New Projects Underway: Argyle & Denton
Construction is officially underway at Fast Lane Car Wash in Argyle, where our team has begun concrete work. Meanwhile, over in Denton, we’ve started installing underground utilities for Club Car Wash. Both projects are in the early stages, and we’re excited to see them come to life.
Midway Milestones: Farmersville & McKinney
We’re pushing forward on two key sites: Farmersville Car Wash in front of Brookshire’s and Scooter’s Car Wash & Dog Wash in McKinney, just off US 380 (you may remember this one from the recent groundbreaking video!). Both are in the masonry phase now. Once the roofs are on, we’ll move full speed ahead with interior work and equipment installations. These two are projected to be completed in the next 60–90 days.
Remodel in Progress: Snap Clean Car Wash, Benbrook
We’ve partnered once again with Snap Clean—this time for a full remodel in Benbrook, TX. Having already completed two ground-up projects for this client (including grand openings), we’re thrilled to continue the partnership. Masonry work has begun, and this extensive remodel—featuring added vacuum producers—should be wrapped up within 90 days. It’s going to be a standout site!
