As we move into the new year, we’re excited to share updates on our current projects, recent milestones, and what lies ahead. The past several months have been productive and rewarding, with multiple projects completed and several more advancing steadily.
Wrapping Up Strong
We’re proud to announce the completion of Snap Clean Car Wash in Benbrook, which has officially received its Certificate of Occupancy and is now fully operational and actively washing cars.
Scooter Car Wash has also successfully received its Certificate of Occupancy and is open and serving customers.
In addition, Club Car Wash in Denton has obtained its Certificate of Occupancy and is now fully operational as well.
All three locations turned out beautifully, and we’re proud of the quality, craftsmanship, and teamwork that brought these projects across the finish line.
Projects Under Construction
At Hello Car Wash – Singleton, masonry work is well underway, and the structural steel team is actively assembling the building’s framework. Once steel installation is complete and the building is dried in, interior construction will begin.
Nearing the Finish Line
Suds Brothers in Dripping Springs is currently in its final inspection phase. We are completing building, electrical, plumbing, and related inspections, with the goal of having the location operational and washing cars by mid-February.
This project has been especially meaningful, as we worked closely with the owner to bring the project back on track after challenges with a previous general contractor. We’re excited to see it reach completion.
Preparing for What’s Next
Permitting continues to be a challenge in fast-growing cities. In the City of Princeton, extended approval timelines have delayed the construction start. We are currently awaiting final building permit approval and are targeting a Q1 2026 groundbreaking.
Another Denton-area project is also preparing for an early Q1 2026 launch. Initial permits are secured, and the site is currently being prepped for work within the right of way.
Remodels & New Opportunities
We are excited to begin a car wash remodel in Grand Prairie, where the demo is complete and the underground utility is in progress.
This remodel will focus on upgrades to vacuum areas and the addition of a dedicated detailing bay designed to support high-end detailing services.
This project is particularly unique, as new car wash developments are limited in this city, making remodel opportunities especially valuable.
Planning Ahead
Projects in Forney, TX, and Elgin, Oklahoma, are currently in the design and planning phases. We are working closely with architects, civil engineers, and city officials to prepare construction documents and approvals. Both projects are anticipated to begin construction in Q2.
Industry Trends & Diversification
We’re seeing increasing interest in touch-free car wash concepts, which appears to be an emerging trend across the industry. We are currently in discussions with several operators exploring these new build opportunities.
We’re also grateful to continue working with repeat clients on smaller, efficiency-focused upgrades and remodels — a testament to the strong relationships we’ve built over time.
In addition, we are beginning to explore diversification opportunities beyond the car wash sector, including early-stage planning for a potential storage facility project in Dallas.
Looking Ahead
The car wash industry has continued to be a strong and rewarding focus for our company. As we look toward 2026, we’re excited to expand our capabilities, diversify our project portfolio, and continue delivering high-quality construction solutions for our clients.
We look forward to sharing more updates as new milestones are reached.
