Tavacon continues to make remarkable progress across multiple car wash construction projects throughout North Texas. From newly completed sites now open to customers, to projects nearing the finish line, our team remains dedicated to delivering excellence, precision, and beautiful builds for every client.

Farmersville Car Wash

We’re excited to announce that Farmersville Car Wash has officially received its Certificate of Occupancy, and the owners have begun washing cars! The monument sign is the final element being completed, with installation expected in about two weeks. A full professional photo shoot will be scheduled once the site is fully finished.

Wash Masters – Weatherford

This project is now fully completed and operational. Our team is especially proud of the finished result — it’s one of the most stunning car washes we’ve ever built. Photos have already been captured to showcase this milestone project.

Snap Clean Car Wash – Benbrook

The remodel project in Benbrook is progressing steadily. Landscaping is underway while the team finalizes main electrical components. Once complete, equipment testing and site striping will begin. The site is projected to reach completion within the next few weeks.

Scooters Car Wash & Dog Wash – McKinney

Landscaping is nearly finished, and the final electrical work is being wrapped up. Once complete, cameras and internet systems will be installed, paving the way for the owners to start washing cars soon. We expect the Certificate of Occupancy to follow shortly.

Club Car Wash – Denton

Construction is advancing well, with masonry nearly complete and underground plumbing and electrical underway. Structural steel installation is the current focus, followed by the roofing process — a major milestone marking the “dried-in” stage of the build.

Hello! Deluxe Car Wash – Singleton Blvd, Dallas

Concrete subcontractors are preparing for the building slab pour, while underground plumbing and electrical work continue. Once the concrete slab is complete, the next phase — masonry — will begin. This marks Tavacon’s third collaboration with Hello! Deluxe Car Wash, and we’re proud of this continued partnership.

Suds Brothers Express Car Wash – Dripping Springs

After taking over this project from another contractor, Tavacon has brought it back on track and ahead of schedule. Roofing is wrapping up, HVAC installation begins next week, and equipment setup is nearly done. We’ve also achieved cost savings for the owner, who expressed sincere gratitude for our efforts in turning the project around.

Upcoming Projects

Two new car wash projects are preparing to launch:

• Denton Car Wash (North Loop 288): A repeat client returning after the success of the Rowlett project. Design and pre-construction meetings are underway with city officials.
• Forney Car Wash: Currently in the design phase, Tavacon is working closely with the owner, architect, and engineers to refine plans before construction begins.

Quick Splash – Princeton

Tavacon has received the grading permit and begun site preparation. Once the building permit is approved, underground utilities will begin. Located next to Princeton City Hall, this upcoming car wash will complement the city’s growing and beautiful downtown area.

Looking Ahead

We’re also in the bidding phase for two additional car wash projects and collaborating on a remodel in Grand Prairie. Since our client base is ever-growing, we are also working closely with an owner, designer, and city on a new project in Oklahoma.
